Good Morning! I went to bed feeling under the weather & woke up feeling the same way. Not bad enough to have to physically take the day off but definitely enough to use that as an excuse to call off meetings & just relax the entire day. But I realized I have WAY to many goals to achieve, events to attend, and team members to work with to do that. So I watched one of my favorite 'get me pumped up' videos. 212º! Here's the concept:
At 211º, water is hot. At 212º, it boils. And with boiling water comes steam. And steam can power a locomotive. The one extra degree makes the difference. This analogy reflects the ultimate definition of excellence. The one extra degree of effort, in business and life, can separate the good from the great. The 212º concept and powerful stories inspire and motivate me to the next level of success. Amazing how not only is my mind recharged, but my body feels so much better. It all starts with the #Mind.
