My one simple tip for Ultimate Happiness!

After having a rough summer last year, I decided to make some changes.  I was depending on outside forces (people) to make me happy and when they fell through (which was often) I found myself being unhappy, bored, lonely. I vowed to never let that happen again. 

 

So here I am a year later, happier than ever, not depending or anyone or anything for my happiness.  My 1 simple tip for you is!

 

Daydream!  Also known as Visualization.  Focus on what you want, what type of life you want to lead.  Daydream about it often (I daydream several times per day).  But don't stop there!  Act like it's already happened.  You'll be amazed at how much your vibrations will be lifted and you'll attract amazing things into your life.  Before you know it, you'll be the happiest person on the planet.

 

Here's exactly what I daydream about!  Don't judge me:)
