I’m always on the lookout for a great app so when a friend of mine told me about the Fitness Games, I immediately checked it out! Given my activity level and love for working out it only made sense.
I love how easy it is to use the app and I quickly started inviting and adding friends. Over the next few weeks we went at it challenging each other and basically competing to see who was more fit. We all loved it because none of us live in the same city, so while we never get to workout together, this app has become the closest thing to that!
As a Lifestyle Transformation coach, it’s always been a challenge to keep my clients motivated especially because they are located all over the world. With Fitness games it easy to not only keep track of what they are doing, but as a community, we are able to motivate each other. The cross training challenges add variety to what we are doing and keeps it interesting for my clients. Not to mention, I’m networking with other users, some of which have become interested in my services.
The ‘fun’ elements also make it enjoyable to those not 100% into fitness. Things like the social feed, gym selfies, and rankings make working out fun!
I love fitness games, definitely a way to keep people committed to health and fitness.
