The Get FIT with Jana Challenge!!

I have a new 5 Day Challenge running 2-3 times per month.  The next one kicks off on February 12, 2017!  

Each day you will receive 1 of my 5 tips for living a healthy, active, happy lifestyle.  This is will be 5 days of getting your mind, body and soul in the best shape to be consistent and accomplish your goals.  

I've taken hundreds of women through this program and the testimonies that I hear are heart warming.   And what's great is, I'm doing more than just coaching you, I'm giving you exactly what I do on a consistent basis.  I've been at this for years and through trial and error, I have crafted a very easy to follow plan for living a healthy lifestyle.
